Hey—It’s Warren.
I want to talk about a strategy that was key to the growth of this newsletter.
This strategy has saved me hours writing newsletter emails, creating social media posts, and ideating viral ideas.
It’s also very simple. If you use this content system, you will be able to make weeks of content within hours.
Sounds great, right?
Here’s how to do it.
1/ Create content templates from successful posts
Find a viral post. Then, break the post into a template and use them it in your own way.
Instead of spending hours creating original (and likely bad) content, you should use what’s already working.
Find a viral post that you can replicate
On Reddit, I found this post with 200,000+ views about ad hooks.
It had a clear structure I could use, so I decided to replicate it for my own posts.

Create your own template by copying the structure
I copied the structure of the post, but of course, changed the content and added my unique thoughts.
Focus on…
The headline
The hook
The format of the post
And try to mirror your content as closely as possible to the original.
Deconstructed: My first post

My post about marketing psychology
Save the template and use it again and again
If it works… use it again.
Your audience won’t mind seeing similarily structured posts.
Deconstructed: My second post

And again…
Deconstructed: My third post

You can see that the main elements are almost the same.
The title: I spent [hours] learning [topic]. Here are the top lessons that actually get [benefit].
The structure: #1 [specific action]

A word from Roku & Jennifer Aniston
How Jennifer Aniston’s LolaVie brand grew sales 40% with CTV ads
The DTC beauty category is crowded. To break through, Jennifer Aniston’s brand LolaVie, worked with Roku Ads Manager to easily set up, test, and optimize CTV ad creatives. The campaign helped drive a big lift in sales and customer growth, helping LolaVie break through in the crowded beauty category.
2/ Repurpose your content across platforms
Reuse your content across platforms. If your Instagram post went viral, upload it to YouTube.
The advanced way to do this is the “Hub & Spoke” model.
Create one piece of long-form content (the hub). This could be a newsletter, podcast, long YouTube video.
Turn that long-form content into many short-form pieces (your spokes). These include Instagram Reels, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
Those Reddit posts I created earlier…
I repurposed that content from THIS NEWSLETTER.
This post about Buyer Psychology…

Turned into this reddit post.

That ended up getting 37,000 views.
Spend more time creating valuable content. Then reuse and repurpose that content using templates.
